Irish Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of whole oats
  • 11/2 tbsp of chocolate protein (or cacao powder)
  • 200ml of milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 Irish Cream Espresso shot (40 ml of warm water with 1 tsp of Beanies Irish Cream)
  • Toppings: granola, strawberries, banana, yoghurt, peanut butter, chocolate or chocolate cookie crumbs...



Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients apart from the toppings in a mason jar or bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.


Serving Suggestion
Serve in a bowl (or eat straight from the jar) and add your favourite toppings!!!
