Irish Cream Overnight Oats
Take your breakfast game up a notch with our Beanies Overnight Oats!
5 minutes plus refrigeration time
- 1 cup of whole oats
- 11/2 tbsp of chocolate protein (or cacao powder)
- 200ml of milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tbsp of greek yoghurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 Irish Cream Espresso shot (40 ml of warm water with 1 tsp of Beanies Irish Cream)
- Toppings: granola, strawberries, banana, yoghurt, peanut butter, chocolate or chocolate cookie crumbs...
- Mix all the ingredients apart from the toppings in a mason jar or bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve in a bowl (or eat straight from the jar) and add your favourite toppings!!!
