2.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices on our website are in GBP or Euros and include VAT at the current rate.

3.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

3.3. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as indicated on our website.

4. Delivery

4.1. We deliver to addresses within the UK and Ireland. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be displayed during the checkout process.

4.2. We aim to dispatch orders within 3business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.3. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

5.2. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email although email is preferred).

5.3. You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation to us.

5.4. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. We warrant that the products supplied by us will, on delivery, conform to the specifications stated by us and be free from defects in material and workmanship.

6.2. If a product does not meet these standards, you must notify us as soon as possible and we will, at our discretion, either replace the product or provide a refund.

6.3. Our liability for any claim, whether based on breach of contract, breach of statutory duty, or tort (including negligence), will not exceed the price paid for the goods.

Products

Products and packaging may be substituted at any time without prior notice. When this is necessary we will substitute for an equal or higher priced item but we will endeavour to contact you first before making any substitutions.

Please be aware that certain products that we sell cannot be exported to certain destinations around the world due to import and custom restrictions. In the event that your order is subject to these restrictions, we will endeavour to contact you to advise and ask how you wish for us to proceed. If we unable to make contact within a reasonable time period, we will remove the affected items from your order, refund where applicable and ship the rest of your order to you, enclosing details of the reason why this was.

Payment In Terms

The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen when you place your order with us, and will be displayed in pound sterling. Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK, the appropriate exchange rate will applied. You will then be taken automatically to PayPal to continue the transaction.

VAT

Many of our products do not include a VAT element as they are exempt under UK law, however where applicable, all prices include VAT at the appropriate rate, (currently 20%). If you are eligible to reclaim this sales tax, on request we can supply you with a VAT receipt.

Consumer Protection

In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with Beanies the Flavour Co, you are entitled by law to cancel the said payment(s). If payment has already been made, you are entitled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.
