S'mores Mocha

  1. Add milk, cream, cocoa powder, sugar and Beanies Toasted Marshmallow Coffee to a saucepan on medium-low heat. Whisk until combined and hot. Taste and add more sugar if needed.
  2. Combine the ingredients for the chocolate sauce. Pour some onto a plate then roll the rim of a mug in it to coat.
  3. Crush your biscuit into crumbs and roll the chocolate sauce-covered part of the mug in the crumbs.
  4. Pour the hot chocolate into the mug.
  5. Add marshmallows on top and use a blow torch to lightly toast them (skip this step if you don’t have a blow torch).
  6. Add some more cookie crumbs on top and the rest of the chocolate sauce.

  • 125ml Milk
  • 125ml Cream (or more milk)
  • 1 heaped tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tbsp Beanies Toasted Marshmallow Coffee
  • 1 Digestive Biscuit
  • Handful of Mini Marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (for chocolate sauce)
  • 2 tbsp water (for chocolate sauce)
