Tiramisu Baked Donuts

Method
- Preheat oven to 180C / 350F/ 160C fan.
- Combine Beanies Instant Coffee and warm Water and set aside.
- Add egg, maple syrup, and brewed coffee to a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
- In a separate bowl combine oat flour, ground almonds and baking powder. Add this to the wet ingredients and fold until combined.
- Grease a donut tray with cooking spray or butter. Spoon or pipe the coffee batter into the donut molds and bake for 10 minutes, turning the tray around after 5 minutes.
- Combine the frosting ingredients in a small bowl and then cover the tops of your cooled donuts.
- Dust with some cocoa powder and enjoy!
- Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

- ¼ cup warm Water + 2 tbsp Beanies Vanilla Instant Coffee
- 120g Oat Flour (blended oats)
- 50g Ground Almonds
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 80g Mascarpone (For the topping)
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (For the topping)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (For the topping)
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (For the topping)
