Tiramisu Baked Donuts

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C / 350F/ 160C fan.
  2. Combine Beanies Instant Coffee and warm Water and set aside.
  3. Add egg, maple syrup, and brewed coffee to a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl combine oat flour, ground almonds and baking powder. Add this to the wet ingredients and fold until combined.
  5. Grease a donut tray with cooking spray or butter. Spoon or pipe the coffee batter into the donut molds and bake for 10 minutes, turning the tray around after 5 minutes.
  6. Combine the frosting ingredients in a small bowl and then cover the tops of your cooled donuts.
  7. Dust with some cocoa powder and enjoy!
  8. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.

  • 80g Maple Syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ cup warm Water + 2 tbsp Beanies Vanilla Instant Coffee
  • 120g Oat Flour (blended oats)
  • 50g Ground Almonds
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 80g Mascarpone (For the topping)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (For the topping)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (For the topping)
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (For the topping)
