Cottage Cheese Mocha Ice Cream

Method

  1. Add cottage cheese to a bowl along with cocoa powder, maple syrup and coffee granules and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Alternatively, you can blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and then transfer that to a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Fold in the chopped chocolate and extra coffee granules.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 3 hours.

Serving Suggestion

In a cone or a cup with extra sprinkles and sauce!

  • 2 tbsp Beanies Mocha Flavoured Instant Coffee
  • 50g Chopped Chocolate (Optional mix in)
  • 1 tbsp Beanies Mocha Flavoured Instant Coffee (Optional mix in)
