  • Why can’t I place an order?

    You can order through our website by creating an account with us, or even order as a ‘guest’ if you need to get a speedy order in.

    If your order still isn’t working, email us at help@beaniesflavourco.com or give us a call on 0800 8620 235. We’re open Mon-Fri 08.30-16.00 and we’re always happy to help.

  • Where’s my order?

    We pack up and send your Beanies as soon as we can, and all our UK mainland deliveries are then sent to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. It can take up to 10 working days for your order to arrive at your door from the time you place your order at the moment. The Covid-19 situation continues to change rapidly, and we are focussed on protecting our colleagues and customers, while continuing to safely deliver your Beanies to you.

    Please note once you receive your tracking number your order may still be in the dispatch process between our warehouse and Royal Mail handling the parcel so please allow time for the tracking to update. You can keep an eye out on your delivery via the link in your email or contact our customer service team who’ll help track your order.

  • Is my delivery sent tracked/signed for?

    We send all orders tracked 48 with Royal Mail but this is not a signed for service. This allows us to ensure your order is delivered and minimum instances of undelivered/missing parcels.

Stockists and delivery

  • What’s your returns policy?

    You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Beanies, as long as all your coffee is sealed in its original packaging. Items are returned at the customer’s expense.

    Keep proof of your postage in case your order gets lost, so that we can still process your refund. If you return your order back to us unsealed or otherwise outside of the return policy, we may not be able to refund you.

    Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned back to us here at beanies HQ. If you haven’t heard from us after then, get in touch and have your order number to hand – we’re here to help.

    We’ll refund the money from all returns to the card used to make the payment.

  • I’m not in the UK. Where can I buy Beanies?

    Our South African friends can find Beanies exclusively in Checkers and Checkers Hyper. We also sell in Bilka and Fotex in Denmark, and in over 700 supermarkets and outlets in Delhi, Bangalore and Mumbai as well as other countries around the world. Please contact us to see if we are sold anywhere in your country.

  • Where do Beanies deliver?

    We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man. We don’t currently deliver to Ireland, the rest of Europe or beyond, but you can order Beanies online for delivery to these places via myvitamins!

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery is a standard cost of £4 per order if you’re in the UK. Spend over £20 and delivery is free!

  • Can I sell Beanies in my country?

    We’d love that! We’re on a mission to fill the world with flavour, so if you’ve got any trade enquires we’d be happy to hear from you – just drop us an email at help@beaniesflavourco.co.uk.

    You’ve come to the right place… you can buy Beanies right here on this website where our full range and special offers are available! A smaller range of Beanies is also available in Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Lidl, B&M, Home Bargains and independent retailers in the UK.

About Beanies

  • How do I store Beanies?

    Always keep your Beanies jars with the lids on tight in a cool dry place. Once the foil lid is broken, we recommend drinking it within 3 months.

  • Does Beanies contain alcohol?

    Nope, not even the Irish Cream flavour!

  • Are they Gluten free?

    Yes, all Beanies instant coffees are free from Gluten.

    Our All in One Sachets Milkshakes and Iced Coffee are produced and packed in a factory which handles soya, celery, egg, gluten, milk, mustard & sulphites.

  • How do you add flavour?

    We’re the flavour fanatics, so we infuse our coffee with flavour using innovative technology. Unlike other flavour coffee producers who ‘coat’ the granules, at Beanies we ‘infuse’ them with the finest quality flavouring. No sugars, just good coffee infused with Beanies flavour!

  • Can I add milk?

    If you enjoy your coffee with milk then go for it! Beanies also tastes pretty special with almond milk, soya or served up as a latte!

  • Does Beanies contain nuts?

    All Beanies instant coffees are suitable for people with a nut intolerance as there are absolutely no nuts in these products.

  • Is Beanies suitable for Vegans/Vegetarians?

    Our range of Beanies instant  coffees are suitable for both vegans and vegetarians, whilst our range of Beanies + vitamin D coffees are suitable for vegetarians.

    Unfortunately our all in one products, iced coffees and our thick shakes are not suitable for vegans currently.

  • Do Beanies contain sugar?

    Beanies instant coffee tastes sweet but it doesn’t contain sugar or any dextrose, fructose, artificial sweeteners or syrups.

  • How many cups does one jar make?

    Each jar makes around 25 cups of Beanies. If you like your coffee a little stronger, we recommend adding a half tsp extra to each cup.
