Easter Mug Cake
What better way to celebrate and indulge after your Sunday roast than by adding your favourite Beanies Instant Coffee flavour to our signature mug cake recipe and topping with some Easter treats
- 3 tbsp self-raising flour
- 3 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Beanies (your favourite flavour, but we think Hazelnut or Cookie Dough would work a treat)
- 3 tbsp milk
- Mix dry ingredients in a large mug.
- Add 1 egg and combine.
- Add milk and mix again.
- Microwave on high for 2 mins or until the cake is firm to touch.
