Jam Doughnuts

Method
- In a bowl combine self-raising flour and yogurt until it forms a dough.
- Roll dough into equal sized balls
- Bring the oil to 170°C and fry the doughnuts in batches until golden and leave to cool slightly.
- Toss the donuts in the icing sugar and pipe some jam into the middle of them.

- 140g self-raising flour
- 190g any plain yogurt
- Jam of choice (to fill)
- Icing sugar (to dust)
