Jam Doughnuts

A really simple jam doughnut recipe for you to try!

Ingredients
140g Self-raising flour

190g Any plain yogurt

Jam (to fill)
Icing Sugar (to dust)

Method
1. In a bowl combine self-raising flour and yogurt until it forms a dough.

2. Roll dough into equal sized balls 

3. Bring the oil to 170°C and fry the doughnuts in batches until golden and leave to cool slightly. 

4. Toss the donuts in the icing sugar and pipe some jam into the middle of them.
