Peanut Butter Cup Tiramisu Oat Crepes
Delight your taste buds with our irresistible Peanut Butter Cup Crepes recipe. Made with a delectable combination of maple syrup, cocoa powder, coconut oil, sugar, and a hint of Beanies Peanut Butter Cup Coffee, these crepes are a delightful twist on a classic treat.
Method
- In a mixing bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, espresso (Beanies Peanut Butter Cup Coffee dissolved in boiling water), and maple syrup. Gradually add the non-dairy milk and whisk all together into a smooth batter.
- Let the crepe batter rest for 10 minutes in the fridge (optional but recommended).
- Heat a lightly oiled or non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe.
- Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes. Using a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
- Add some more cookie crumbs on top and the rest of the chocolate sauce.
Serving Suggestion
Fill the crepes with whipped cream, fold and sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
