Treat yourself to a delightful homemade creation with our Caramelised Biscuit Tiramisu recipe. Created with basic ingredients like flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, and a touch of Beanies Caramelised Biscuit Coffee, this cake offers a delightful combination of flavours and a moist texture.
Method
- Mix your cake ingredients and bake on a loaf tin at 180C for 15 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare your coffee and let it cool.
- Poke some holes in your cake with the end of a spoon and spoon some of the coffee over the cake until it is damp.
- Split the cake in two and spread the cream or yoghurt between layers.
- Finish by sprinkling with cacao powder and/or grated chocolate.
- Add some more cookie crumbs on top and the rest of the chocolate sauce.
