This tasty mix of Beanies Chocolate Orange flavour instant coffee, cocoa, almond milk, and dry chia seeds creates a great breakfast bowl. This blend is nutritious and fibrous: it has many health benefits.

Eating chia seeds means consuming omega-3 fatty acids, which is fantastic at lowering the risk of heart disease! Chia seeds are tiny yet a filling addition to your breakfast. They’re great to sprinkle over pudding, porridge and baked goods.

The chocolate orange taste tricks you into thinking this mocha pudding is a super sweet treat. However, it’s not as unhealthy as you think. If you are opting for unhealthy choices, topping your bowl with whipped cream and maple syrup could enhance this dish even more!

Method

  1. Dissolve the instant coffee in 1/4 cup of hot water and stir well
  2. Add almond milk to the coffee mixture
  3. Stir in chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
  4. Once well combined, cover the mixture and set in the fridge overnight
  5. When ready to eat, stir again

Serving Suggestion

Top with almond milk whipped cream and fruit of your choice and enjoy!
