  • The Beanies Build Your Own Bundle lets you choose the coffees and flavours you want instead of receiving a pre-selected selection. Available coffee types include Instant, Decaf, Ground, Coffee Bags and Coffee Pods, depending on the bundle options available. You can select from the products and flavours shown within the relevant bundle section when you order.

  • Choose your preferred bundle size and select the Beanies coffees and flavours you want to include. You can create a selection based on your favourite coffees and choose the products that suit your preferences. If you use Subscribe & Save, your selected eligible coffees will be delivered on a recurring basis.

  • Yes. You can mix and match the available Beanies coffees and flavours when creating your bundle. You can also choose the same flavour more than once if you want to stock up on a favourite. If you want different products to have different delivery frequencies, you will need to create separate subscriptions for those products.

  • You can save 10% with Beanies Subscribe & Save on eligible recurring orders. Subscribe & Save is designed for customers who regularly enjoy Beanies coffee and want their chosen products delivered automatically while saving on each eligible subscription order.

  • Your Beanies subscription is delivered according to the delivery frequency selected for the eligible products in your subscription. If you want different products delivered at different frequencies, you will need to create separate subscriptions.

  • Of course — while we’re not able to edit an existing subscription directly, you’re welcome to set up a new one any time with the coffees or flavours you’d prefer. Simply cancel your current subscription and choose your new selection, and it’ll be ready to go.

  • You’re welcome to pause your subscription once per billing period — simply use the Suspend option in your account, and reactivate whenever you’re ready to start receiving deliveries again. Skipping a single delivery isn’t currently available, but pausing gives you the flexibility to take a break when you need one.

  • Yes. You can manage your subscription through your customer account and cancel your Beanies Subscribe & Save subscription when you no longer want recurring deliveries.

  • You get free delivery when you spend £35 or more on a Beanies order. Orders below £35 may be subject to the applicable delivery charge.

  • Absolutely — you can update your delivery frequency by cancelling your current subscription and setting up a new one with the frequency that suits you best. It only takes a minute, and your new preferences will apply straight away.
