
Cottage Cheese Mocha Ice Cream

Crafted from wholesome ingredients like creamy cottage cheese, decadent cocoa powder, and aromatic mocha coffee, this dessert offers a delightful twist on a classic treat.
Method
- Add cottage cheese to a bowl along with cocoa powder, maple syrup and coffee granules and use an immersion blender to blend until smooth. Alternatively, you can blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and then transfer that to a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Fold in the chopped chocolate and extra coffee granules.
- Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
