Caramelised Biscuit Trifle

Method
- Break 5 of the Amaretti biscuits into your serving glass.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Beanies Caramelised Biscuit coffee, boiling water and sugar until fully dissolved. Stir in the Greek yoghurt and whisk vigorously until smooth and fully combined.
- Pour into the serving glass. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder and dunk with the last caramel biscuit.

- 3 tbsp Caster or Icing Sugar
- 200g Greek Yoghurt
- 6 Caramelised Biscuits
- Whipped Cream
- Cocoa, to dust
