Caramelised Biscuit Trifle
2 tbsp Boiling Water
3 tbsp Caster or Icing Sugar
200g Greek Yoghurt
6 Caramel Biscuits
Cocoa, to dust
1. Break 5 of the amaretti biscuits into your serving glass.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together Beanies Caramelised Biscuit coffee, boiling water and sugar until fully dissolved. Stir in the greek yoghurt and whisk vigorously until smooth and fully combined.
3. Pour into the serving glass. Top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cocoa powder and dunk with the last caramel biscuit.
