Brownie Caramel Waffle Recipe
National Waffle Day would be incomplete without fabulously fudgey flavour so we have created the ultimate recipe to deliver just that!
Makes 3 large waffles
- 180g Self Raising Flour
- 150ml of Milk
- 2 tbsp of Cacao Powder
- 1 Egg
- 30g Sugar
- 1 shot Espresso (around 50ml of water with 1 tsp of Beanies Caramel Coffee)
- Mix all the ingredients and cook in a waffle maker
- Add caramel ice cream on the top of the waffle or waffles (depending on how hungry you are!)
Add some lightly salted popcorn and drizzle some Beanies Maple Syrup to finish!
