Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Birthday Cake Beanies Coffee
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • Milk/milk alternative
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Chocolate eggs (optional)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Pink food colouring
Method
  • Using a hand blender, whip together your Birthday Cake Beanies, sugar, hot water and a drop of pink food colouring until frothy.
  • In a blender, blitz fresh strawberries with milk, or a milk alternative, until smooth in texture.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour in your strawberry milk then top with your pink coffee mixture.
  • Finish with a helping of whipped cream and a couple of chocolate eggs!
