Mocha Chia Pudding

5 minutes, plus setting time overnight

Method
- Dissolve the instant coffee in 1/4 cup of hot water and stir well
- Add almond milk to the coffee mixture
- Stir in chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
- Once well combined, cover the mixture and set in the fridge overnight
- When ready to eat, stir again
Serving Suggestion
Top with almond milk whipped cream and fruit of your choice and enjoy!

- 120ml almond milk
- 60ml hot water
- 1 tsp Beanies Chocolate Orange Coffee
- 3 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Sugar or Natural Sweetener
