Mocha Chia Pudding

Difficulty:
Time : 5 minutes, plus setting time overnight
Serves : 1

Method

  1. Dissolve the instant coffee in 1/4 cup of hot water and stir well
  2. Add almond milk to the coffee mixture
  3. Stir in chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
  4. Once well combined, cover the mixture and set in the fridge overnight
  5. When ready to eat, stir again

Serving Suggestion

Top with almond milk whipped cream and fruit of your choice and enjoy!
