Beanies Mocha Chia Pudding
Get your pudding on with our wholesome chia seed bowl!
5 minutes, plus setting time overnight
120ml almond milk
60ml hot water
1 teaspoon Beanies Chocolate Orange Coffee
3 tbsp Chia Seeds
1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Sugar or Natural Sweetener
- Dissolve the instant coffee in 1/4 cup of hot water and stir well
- Add almond milk to the coffee mixture
- Stir in chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract
- Once well combined, cover the mixture and set in the fridge overnight
- When ready to eat, stir again
Top with almond milk whipped cream and fruit of your choice and enjoy!
