We pack up and send your order as soon as we can and all our UK mainland deliveries are then sent to you via Royal Mail, Evri or Amazon on a Tracked 48 service. It can take up to 5 working days for your Beanies order to arrive at your door from the time of order.
Please note once you receive your tracking number your order may still be in the dispatch process between our warehouse and Royal Mail handling the parcel so please allow time for the tracking to update. You can keep an eye out on your delivery via this link or contact our customer service team via email help@beaniesflavourco.com who’ll help track your order.
Delivery is a standard cost of £3.95 per order if you’re in the UK. Spend over £35 and delivery is free!
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as all your coffee is sealed in its original packaging. Items are returned at the customer’s expense.
Keep proof of your postage in case your order gets lost, so that we can still process your refund. If you return your order back to us unsealed or otherwise outside of the return policy, we may not be able to refund you.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned back to us here at our HQ. If you haven’t heard from us after then, get in touch and have your order number to hand – we’re here to help.
We’ll refund the money from all returns to the card used to make the payment.
