Coffee Ice Lollies
Cool off and indulge in a tropical treat with our Coconut Delight Coffee Ice Lollies recipe. With their creamy coconut flavour and invigorating coffee kick, these Coffee Ice Lollies are the perfect summer treat for cooling down and enjoying a moment of tropical bliss. These are so tasty that they’ll be gone before they get the chance to melt! They’ll leave you wanting more and that is okay because these 3-ingredient icy treats are as healthy as a lolly can be!
Method
- Add a small amount of milk to the bottom of lolly moulds and freeze for at least 1 hour
- In the mean time, prepare your coffee mixing 2 tsp of Beanies coconut delight with 150 ml of boiling water
- Let your coffee cool in the fridge
- Take the lolly moulds out from the freezer, insert wooden sticks and fill with the coffee
- Freeze for 3-4 hours or overnight

- 100ml Milk of choice
- 2 tsp of Beanies Coconut Delight Coffee
- 150ml boiling water
