Strawberries & Cream Yoghurt Bark
As we progress into the summer months, the weather is getting hotter and humid. Strawberries are in season and we’re all working on our summer bodies! Therefore, this frozen, strawberry yogurt recipe is a brilliant, healthy way to stay cool. Greek yoghurt, Strawberries and Cream coffee, oats and fruit: it’s the perfect boost to refresh your body and wake up your mind.
This easy to make sweet treat will take no time at all! It’s a good source of protein and fibre and fresh strawberries are one of your 5 a day! Make the recipe your own by using variations of the ingredients to match your personal taste.
Method
- Whisk together coffee and water until the coffee has dissolved. Allow to cool slightly, then stir into yoghurt, adding in the honey and vanilla.
- Spread on a lined baking tray or baking tin, then top with strawberries and granola
- Freeze until set, then enjoy from the freezer!

- 1-2 tsp Beanies' Strawberries & Cream Coffee
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 2 cups thick Greek yoghurt (or coconut yoghurt)
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- One punnet strawberries, sliced
- Two handfuls granola (optional - we used berry)
