Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Beanies Vanilla Thick Shake mix
  • 200ml Milk
  • 1 Ring Doughnut
  • Squirty Cream
  • 1 Chocolate Bar
  • Sprinkle of Chocolate Curls

Method:

  • Combine the Thick Shake and milk, then whisk until thick
  • Pour into a serving glass
  • Place the doughnut onto of the glass
  • Top with squirt cream and chocolate curls
  • Grab a straw and get started

Serving suggestion: Dip the doughnut into the milkshake and thank us later.

Neopolitan Thick Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Beanies Strawberry Thick Shake mix
  • 1 serving Beanies Chocolate Thick Shake mix
  • 1 serving Beanies Vanilla Thick Shake mix
  • 3 x 200ml Milk
  • Squirty Cream
  • Cherries

Method:

  • Combine the Thick Shake flavours with milk in three separate bowls
  • Whisk until the mixture turns thick
  • Split the chocolate flavour into two glasses and chill for five minutes
  • Repeat with the other flavours
  • Top with cream and a cherry

Serving suggestion: Drink with a straw to mix up all three fantastic flavours.

Tropical Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Super simple strawberry smoothie bowl, topped with a tropical fruit salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Beanies Strawberry Thick Shake mix
  • 200ml Milk
  • A handful of Ice
  • Selection of Mixed Fruits

Method:

  • Combine the Thick Shake and milk, then whisk until thick
  • Blend with a handful of ice
  • Pour into a bowl and chill in the fridge
  • Slice up the fruit
  • Take bowl from the fridge and layer the fruit on top
  • Grab and spoon and get stuck in

Serving suggestion: Enjoy on a sunny day, ideally in a hammock but on the sofa will do!

Amaretto Almond Mug Cake

When you’re craving a choccy pud, a mug cake is the easiest option! Made with ingredients from your cupboard and ready in under five mins.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp self-raising flour
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Beanies Amaretto Almond
  • 3 tbsp milk

Method:

  • Mix dry ingredients in a large mug.
  • Add 1 egg and combine.
  • Add milk and mix again.
  • Microwave on high for 2 mins or until the cake is firm to touch.
  • Enjoy!

Serving suggestion:

Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and strawberries for an extra fancy pudding.

Caramel Popcorn Brownies

Super gooey brownies topped with caramel popcorn. Movie night is about to get an upgrade!

Ingredients:

  • 115g butter
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 tbsp Beanies Caramel Popcorn flavour coffee
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150g flour
  • 100g caramel popcorn

Method:

  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Beat the eggs and sugar together.
  • Whisk in the coffee and a pinch of salt and stir into the chocolate mixture.
  • Fold in the flour.
  • Pour into a greased tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Top with caramel popcorn and allow to cool.
  • Slice up and serve.

Serving suggestion:

With a drizzle of caramel sauce and a mug of Caramel Popcorn Beanies of course!

Mint Choc Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 heaped tsp Beanies Mint Chocolate flavour coffee
  • 100ml boiling water
  • 100ml milk
  • 50ml whipping cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • A few mint leaves to garnish

Method:

  • Combine the coffee and boiling water in a large mug.
  • Steam the milk and add to the mug.
  • Whip the cream and spoon on top.
  • Dust with cocoa powder and top with mint leaves if you’re feeling extra fancy.
  • Enjoy!

Serving suggestion:

By the fire, with a film on the telly.

Double Choc Drizzle

Ingredients:

  • 340g icing sugar
  • 1 heaped tsp Beanies Double Chocolate flavour coffee
  • 100 ml boiling water

Method:

  • Combine the coffee and the water.
  • Whisk the sugar and the coffee together until smooth.
  • Drizzle over pastries, cakes, brownies or any other treats.

Serving suggestion:

Add squirty cream to the coffee you just made and drizzle on top.

Cinnamon Hazelnut Frappe

A deliciously sweet drink, packed with loads of flavour.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml condensed milk
  • 1 heaped tsp Beanies Cinnamon Hazelnut flavour coffee
  • 100ml boiling water
  • 50g ice
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 can squirty cream
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method:

  • Pour condensed milk into a glass.
  • Mix coffee and water together.
  • Blend coffee with ice and milk.
  • Carefully pour over glass with condensed milk.
  • Top with squirty cream and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.

Enjoy this sweet treat after a long day… or at the start of one!

Irish Cream Cupcakes

Light and fluffy Irish Cream cupcakes with a lush coffee drizzle.

Ingredients:

For the cupcakes:

  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 2 tbsp Beanies Irish Cream flavour coffee

For the frosting:

  • 500g icing sugar
  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 1 piping bag
  • 2 tbsp chocolate coffee drizzle
  • A few coffee beans

Method:

  • Combine the caster sugar and butter until creamy.
  • Mix in the eggs and coffee, then fold in the flour.
  • Scoop into cupcake liners and bake for 15-20 mins.
  • Leave to cool. Stir together the icing sugar and unsalted butter.
  • Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes.
  • Add the drizzle and top with a few coffee beans.

Serving suggestion:

With a large mug of your favourite flavour and a bit of peace and quiet!
